Causes & Nature Cure of Leucorrhoea Leucorrhoea
is a female disorder. It is said for this, that as termite makes the wood hollow
internally, in the same way this disease completely deteriorates the health and
beauty of a woman. It's main symptoms are following: - Secretion
of a sticky white liquid from vagina
- Itching and infection
in vagina
- Feeling of weakness and tiredness
- Gloomy
mental status
- Loss of appetite
- Constipation
and Indigestion
- Loss of weight
Causes:
Lack of physical work. Intake of polluted, heavy and pungent food, consumption
of non-veg, spicy and oily food substances and destructive thinking etc. are the
main causes of this disease. This disease is more popular in the females of well-to-do
families of the cities because their meals are much heavier but the physical work
is very little. The total absence of physical exercise and labour enhances the
sexual desire which results in excessive sexual indulgence. Due to indigestion
of the food taken, it gradually purtefies all the systems of body and packed them
up with morbid matter. From which Leucorrhoea like disease generates. Due to improper
hygiene of Vaginal region also this disease develops.
Treatment:
The treatment of this disease should be started with fruit diet. Fruits like Papaya,
Mousami, Cheeku, Guava and Pear may be taken twice or thrice a day. One glass
lemon water may be taken in the morning. Vagina should be washed daily with Neem
water. Practice of enema is also necessary for cleansing the stomach. Mud pack
over abdomen. Hip bath daily morning and Sitz bath daily evening are its excellent
treatment. After fruit diet the meals consisting of whole wheat bread and green
vegetables should be started. Dalia and Moong ki Dal mayalso be taken. The clothings
should not be very tight. Quick benefit may be had by wearing loose and cotton
clothes. Kunjala, Jala Neti, Shankha Pi-akshalana and
Baghi Kriya once a month upto three months should be practised. Regular practice
of Surya Namaskara, Yoga Mudra, Garbhasana, Pashchimottanasana, Suptavajrasana,
Bhujangasana, Makarasana, Uttanpadasana, Chakrasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, Matsyasana
and Shavasana may also be practised. The practice of Nadi shodhana, Ujjayi and
Shitali Pranayama is beneficial. LJddiyana and Mulbandha Kriya is also useful
in this disease. Leucorrhoea may be cured permanently
by the practice of above techniques very patiently. |
